Commensurate with our country's growth challenges, NTPC has embarked upon an ambitious plan to attain a total installed capacity of 130 GW by 2032. To fuel its ambitious growth plan, NTPC is looking for promising, energetic, young professionals with brilliant academics to join NTPC Projects/Stations as Executive Trainees Finance (CA/CMA), Executive Trainees-Finance (MBA) and Executive Trainees Human Resources in the pay scale of 40,000/-to^ F 1,40,000/ (E1 Grade).

NTPC  ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ 67,832 MW ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಮೂಹವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ, NTPC 2032 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 130 GW ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆNTPC ತನ್ನ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡಲು, NTPC ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು/ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ತರಬೇತಿದಾರರ ಹಣಕಾಸು (CA/CMA), ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ತರಬೇತಿದಾರರು-ಹಣಕಾಸು (MBA) ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ತರಬೇತಿದಾರರ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಲು ಅದ್ಭುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಭರವಸೆಯ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯುತ, ಯುವ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ 40,000/-ಟು^ ಎಫ್1,40,000/ (E1 ಗ್ರೇಡ್)
